Does anyone out there have a favorite brand of crusting buttercream? I am going to try out the upside down frosting technique and from what I have read you need a good crusting buttercream. Thanks for the help =)

Forgot to mention that since the recipe I gave you is an all-shortening, you'll probably want to put it in the freezer when it says to put it in the fridge for the upside down technique. You probably already knew that, but just in case...
