Does anyone know of a template or cutting guide for letter-shaped cakes.

I've got the one for number cakes from the "Templates" etc gallery here but I'm having trouble finding a similar guide for letter-shaped cakes.

Any help gratefully received!

If you have time to order, you can get a "create-a-shape" cake pan. You arrange inside pieces to create any pattern you want. http://www.kitchenkrafts.com/product.asp?pn=BP2239

If you don't have time to order it, make your own pattern. You can choose a font you like and blow it up on your computer and either print it out, or trace it from the computer screen onto paper and use that as your pattern.

Thanks cownsj. I'll take a look at that.
Still hoping for a carving guide too!
