Hi Everyone,

I am making a 3D Titanic cake next week for a customer..I know the general shape of the ship but I am wondering which would be better for sturdiness.Layer the cakes and just stack on top of each other having the seams in the same place all the time or stagger the layers...

What would be better??

I would think it would be more solid if you stagger.

Never done it but I would stagger them too. Much like a brick wall, which is and incredibly sturdy construction!

I agree w/the others. Just make sure each layer is level.
