I added a bottle of oil of cheesecake flavor to my buttercream for an outdoor cake and it still does not taste anywhere near cream cheese. How much (or how many bottles) of oil do I need to add to a batch of buttercream? Thank you in advance.
It sounds like you're using their cream cheese flavoring, not the oil. (They sell both flavorings and oils.) The flavorings are not nearly as potent as the oils. Maybe try ordering the oil instead?
