So i wanna try a bathtub cake but i dont know where to start anyone have any ideas...I am sure i need to do the tub loaf pan but how do i make the bubbles? i am planning on covering it in fondant..

You can do the bubbles either by piping buttercream dots or rolling fondant balls.

Hey Coral.. Do u know what tip if i were to pipe the butter cream?

You could also try using rice krispie treats shaped into bubbles and then covered with fondant. Then put luster dust on top to make them shiny like bubbles. Good luck!
