I have been asked to make 100 caramel apples for a 15th birthday party (I don't know how to spell quincera)...anyone have any ideas how to make enough caramel to dip that many apples?

Nope, but fortunately for you, it's easy to make more and you don't have to worry about matching colors like you would with buttercream. Have fun! I haven't made caramel apples in years!
