watching Sharon's DVD, to choosing Indydebi's frosting recipe (I wasn't sure on Sharon's recipe, so I chose to use indydebi's Dreamwhip recipe).

The techniques in the DVD, and the recipe worked like a charm. The icing is so good. This is a cake for moi....I am waiting on my diet things to come int he mail, so I'm eating all the stuff I can now lol. I used HI ratio shortening,and it was so creamy and perfect. The icing adhered to the cake, it crusted, and though I'm only spraying it with purple spray (for practice), it is by far the best cake I've done. The recipe is easy, and I have enough for my friend's cake next week.
