How many cups of batter does each batch make?
I have to make an open book christening cake that needs to serve over 100 people. I was thinking two 11x15's side by side. Would that be enough? How many batches of the recipe do you think I need to make for that many people? I am going to fill it with choc. mousse. 1/2 will be vanilla cake and the other half choc. cake. I was thinking 4 batches for each side (2 for each layer) but I don't know if that is too much. Hopefully someone can help. Thanks!
