Has anyone tried adding fluff to standard BC? I was thinking of trying it and thought probably I would need to add more conf sugar. Any thoughts?
I haven't done this before, but I think it would be worth a try. Marshmallow fluff is pretty sweet on its own. If it brings down the sweetness of the buttercream, in my opinion that would be all to the good!
I did add a 16oz. tub of fluff, plus another 1 1/2 cups of confectioners sugar.
It spread very nicely, but would not make a good decorating finish to soft. It tasted really good, I had a lot of wow this is great compliments.
