I tried Fondex for the first time yesterday and I love it. So easy to roll out and no elephant skin. I finally got my Sweetwise mat seasoned and it worked like a charm. For all that haven't tried Fondex please do. It's less expensive and so easy to cover a cake with.

I agree as well. I've given up on satin ice. FondX has been my fondant of choice.

The nice thing is I was able to purchase 20 pounds of Ivory Fondex for 56.00. I can't touch Satin Ice or Fondarific for that price.
