Have used dowels before for stacked cake, but want to give the SPS a try - but am having a mental block. Anyone know of any videos that show it in use? Thanks!
Here is the video I watched. I didn't end up using the system because I could only get 4 inch legs and my cakes end up being 4 1/4 with filling, frosting and fondant. I am going to order the cardboard dowels that Edna uses. They are inexpensive and come in many lengths. They sell a 4 1/2 dowel so that would work best for my cakes. They look really east to cut too. Plus for 20.00 I can get 87 dowels.
