Hello! I have been asked to make 500 mini cupcakes for a client. I have never done mini cupcakes and I am not sure what to charge. Any ideas how I should price this for her?

Add up your ingredient costs, labor costs (# of hours needed to make and decorate the cupcakes * your hourly wage), and overhead costs (commercial kitchen rent, insurance, license fees, etc.) and add 20-30% for a profit margin.

Sounds like you'll need to buy the pans as well, so you might be making a capital expenditure.
