Ok, so I'm a little worried! Does anyone know what they test for? It's not till next week so I have a little time to practice!

Skill, speed, and accuracy on a decorated cakestart to finish.

(will probably include: ice, border, stems, roses, rosebuds, leaves, and writing.)

Good luck!

And Cleanliness !!!! I have worked with enough piggy-slob decorators over the years to make me a little clean-anal. Okay a LOT clean-anal. But working quick and clean is always a good asset. They may also be looking for signs of pain. I don't know if you are allowed to ask about wrist and tendon health, but if you are having a tendonitis flare up it is hard to hide.

If I was hiring a decorator I would want one with good speed, creativity, skill, color sense and CLEAN!! And a good attitude. You can usually get a snarky attitude up front with people.

Good Luck!!
