Did I read on this forum that I can ice a frozen cake?

Not sure if you read it here, but yes you can ice a frozen cake. With large cakes freezing them can make them easier to handle. I put my iced cakes in the freezer to set the frosting sometimes.

You can, but it might get bulges when it settles or blow outs from the cold air trying to escape.
