i have made and used modeling chocolate before but i have never had to color it, i have always only needed reg chocolate or white. How do i color it? can i used wilton gel food colors or will that mess up the consistency?? I read that adding gel food colors can make it so the chocolate wont sieze... and if i can use the gel food colors do i do it while making the modeling chocolate or do i add the color to it like i would fondant or gumpaste? I have to make little star wars characters for tops of cupcakes for a friends bday in a couple weeks so any help would be greatly appreciated!! thank you!
