6 lbs powdered sugar
2 C. unsalted butter
2 C. shortening
1/4 C. vanilla
2/3 to 1 C. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4.5 oz white chocolate (not candy melts
how many batches should I make to cover 300 standard size cupcakes with the 1M rose swirl?
My best estimate would be 3 or 4 batches. I would make 4 batches to make sure to have enough. That recipe looks similar to mine (minus the white chocolate) x3 and mine makes about 2 1/2 - 3 dozen roses. So yeah, 4 batches should be good.
