I'm looking for something from the 1989-1991 edition of Wilton's Home Study Course in Candy Making. This was a kit including a binder with instructions, booklet, molds, melts, colors and flavorings. I'm looking for one particular item discussed in Lesson #3 called the "Piped Truffle Candies". If you have the book and would be willing to share the instructions for this technique please PM me.
