Question About Baking Times

If I am making a large sheet that the chart says to bake for 45-50 minutes at 325, but I am using the WASC recipe that calls for 30 minutes at 300 then 30 minutes at 325, do I follow the WASC times & temps or increase the WASC method to 35-40 minutes at each temp or follw the Wilton chart for sizes? thanks
