I made his fondant recipe and refrigerated it for 24 hours before I used it. The problem is after I used it I forgot to place it back in the fridge can I still use it? I ran out of Tylose so I can't make another batch. Thank you.

Are you talking about gumpaste or fondant? You used both terms in your request. I have used the gumpaste before even though it sat out overnight with no ill effects. I put it back in the fridge as soon as I realized it was out.
