I can't seem to find any reviews online, so I thought I would try here! Has anyone owned or used the Blodgett Mark V convection oven, or any Blodgett ovens? I may have opportunity to buy one at a good price, but I don't know much about them. TIA! icon_biggrin.gif

Check out the Blodgett web site. They have all the manuals on line.
We had a Blodgett in the old cake shop I worked at and it was a work horse. I have two half size ones for my shop. They are used so I am getting them serviced first and my electrician has not installed the outlets for them yet, so they have not been plugged in.

Georgetown cupcakes uses these ovens exclusively.

All in all my research found they are good ovens, I would go for it.

I know it is late for this post, but we used these in the bakery I used to work at. They bought theirs new, about 10 years ago, and they are still working. They have never had them looked at, have had no problems what so ever. I baked a hundred cakes a week there.
