Hi everyone! I have a question, can I make a realistic looking fish cake with buttercream instead of fondant? Like the scales in the fish, can that be done with crusted buttercream? My FIL 45th birthday is Monday, so I better get on some ideas for it NOW!! lol! If anyone has ANY photos of a fish done in buttercream, please share!!
