I recently purchased Fat Daddio's Topsy Turvy cake pans. This will be my first time making this kind of cake. I thought maybe the pans would come with instructions on how to assemble the cake, but they did not. Does anyone have a clue how to assemble the cakes? Is there a tutorial someplace? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here's the link to a topsy turvey cake built from regular pans. I'm not sure what the Fat Daddio Topsy Turvey pans are... but maybe this will help icon_smile.gif

I've seen that one. Thank you, but what I don't know is if you do the same thing using the Fat Daddio cake pans. Do you have to cut the cakes out the same way???

i bought them too and what i did is i made cake with a regular pan, same size to use as the bottom and then stacked the topsy turvy over it.
