makeing the tulip is the easy part . but ever time i try to put the wire thru they fall apart ? what am i doing wrong . help PLEASE . AND YES THEY DRYED OVER NITE! . THAN I STARTED MORE AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED .. working on them for 2 days now . and not one stayed togetter icon_cry.gif

Are you trying to thread the tulips on the wire after they have dried? The flowers need to be formed on the wires while the gumpaste is still soft. Then left to dry overnight on the wire.

yes i did let them dry be4 . i used the wiltons gum paste flowers how to book ! icon_cool.gif . so i need to make ea petal sep-on a wire ? that would work better icon_biggrin.gif thank you galidink. iv allways made flowers and put rite in the cake never wired them , this will be the first . thumbs_up.gif
