I recently made this frosting http://cakecentral.com/recipes/16456/cream-cheese-buttercream but too much of it. Do you think I can freeze this and use it at a later date?
By the way, this buttercream recipe ROCKED! Everyone loved it!
PS: I have no idea if this is the right forum to post this in but the frosting was used for decorating.
I have never made that specific recipe, but one very similar to it. I have frozen it, and it freezes beautifully. You should have no problem.
