My home oven recently decided to die on me. Just curious what everyone uses and any pros and cons since I will be shopping for one this upcoming weekend!

I have a large GE gas oven which I prefer when baking large cakes (moist heat) and cupcakes. I also have a small (will hold a 14" pan) electric convection which is great for smaller cakes, and the only way to bake cookies. (Hot and fast)
