I'm not sure how the top is done - it seems so thick! I wonder if it's even edible or if it was removed before serving?
I would prefer my version to be edible, so the only option I can think of is to apply an edible image to a piece of fondant on top of the fudge icing, but I'm just worried about how the edges will look without a border to hide them.
Does anyone know or want to take a guess how this topper is done?

It lOoks like an edible image On a pc of fondant. Put a pearl border around it to cover the edge.
