Hi everyone..
A friend of mine wants me to make a chai(sp?) latte cake for her. Would I be best off to find a recipe for that kind of cake, or use my vailla sponge cake and brush it with an actual chai latte to get the flavour? Also.. What kind of filling would compliment that kind of cake?

There is a WASC Chai recipe on this site that is awesome. I'd post a link, but I'm on my phone and can't do links. I make it with a cinnamon bc filling and it is out of this world!

Is it the Chai Spice cake that you are referring to? If so, I saw that it calls for 2 2/3 cups chai spice concentrate. What is this and where can I find it?
Thanks,
Molly

Thanks cakegirl, I found that recipe and it looks great! Now im torn between a cinnamon BC or a chai buttercream using the international delight creamer... Hmmm.. I think either choice will be delicious! Thanks!
