Search the recipes section for the" revised snickerdoodle" recipe. It is delicious!

I have one I've used from recipegirl.com. Its not buttercream but is simply delicious. Snickerdoodle cream cheese icing. I could eat the icing by itself, its so good.

Icing: 12 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1 lbs powdered suger, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tbsp vanilla, 1 tsp ground cinammon.

Topping: 2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp ground cinammon.

This blog used a cake recipe from the cake mix doctor book. I didn't use this cake recipe, but the buttercream is delicious! I used vietnamese cinnamon from King Arthur Flour and it made the taste amazing!
