Hi fellow CC'ers,

A friend of mines wants me to try create this Hello Kitty cake for her daughters 4th bday but different colors. she said she got the photo from this site...so great job to the creator of this cake and I hope U don't mind me trying my hand at it.

Concerning the shape of the cake, how do i get that shape, i am bad at carving but i'm thinking that the cakes are round and then the sides were carved down a bit? How do I go about doing this?

Thanks,

Diamondsmom

attach them to your pics category and put as an example,,not yours..so everyone knows it's up there temporarily for help and it's not your cake..

Since the cake is from this site, you can just post the link to it.

I'm not sure which cake your speaking of. Maybe cutting out a template and then place it over your cake to carve around. Hope this helps.
