I shouldn't put this one here, as you know,I'm no professional at all, by ay means. But I finished my final cake for my Wilton one class. (I also made a 6 x 2 inch cake, and I'll basically frost it, and add a ribbon rose, for clas)s. I'm slow in class, so it's why I finished it.

Every flower I made I learned in my class, except for the gumpaste tendrils, which reminded me about working with Fimo clay. It's in my photos. My son said, "Mom, that's the best cake you've ever made."

I had a time with the cake, it was lopsided, and I had to re icing it, and I hope my instructor likes it. I'm very happy with it.

If it weren't for Cake Central, and the help I got, I wouldn't had done as well as I did. I am finishing this class, and then on June 7th, I start the fondant class.
