How long will cake pops stay fresh if they have a cellophane bag over them and are tied with ribbon? I will be making the traditional way with the icing mixed in. Now that it is getting warmer in my area I assume these should be stored in the fridge, correct? TIA

Well if they are covered in chocolate they should be good for several days unless its warm enough for the chocolate to melt. Otherwise, if not, I would not see why they could not stay fresh for up to maybe a week...?
