What flavor icing to use? My first thought is just yummy whipped cream, but I know there are some great, more creative combos out there...

I just use vanilla and call it a Root Beer Float.

I just did a rootbeer float cake...
I used WASC recipe replaced root beer for the water
With white cake....and used anise extract instead if
Vanilla.
I also made a root beer syrup to put on the layers
To boost the flavour.

For the frosting I used IndyDebi's bc with a bit
extra vanilla flavor.

It got rave reviews!
