I 4 containers of BC leftover and won't need it again for about 3 weeks. Can I freeze it? If so, anything special to do with it once I thaw it out? TIA!

I put mine in zip lock bags and freeze it all the time. Then I flatten the bags and stack them in the freezer. I open them up, and they're ready to go.

This is especially good when you know you have a big project coming up. It saves so much time and mess making then.

This is what I do, too. OP, if you use more than one kind of icing, you'll want to label what type or flavor it is...I always think I'll remember, but after a few weeks, it's so easy to forget!
