Hello All - I enjoy this site. I have a 4 tier (first wedding cake) coming soon. I want to bake and crumb coat tiers on Thursday (Saturday)
wedding. I am not sure how to store/cover them until Friday. Should I put them in a box or plastic bag. No fondant involved, I will be using buttercream on all the tiers. Thanks for your help!!!!

The crumb coat seals out the air, so they are perfectly fine sitting out as is. You can also put them in a box if you want, but you don't have to.
