Hi,
I am putting together flowers to make the Wilton Breezy Blossoms cake and everything is drying. I have never done this before and was hoping someone could help. http://www.wilton.com/idea/Breezy-Blossoms-Cake
It says I use Wilton's Candy Melts...Are these chocolate? I have never used them before. If that is the case then I already have chocolate I can melt to hold the flowers together. How do I put the melted candy melts on the gumpaste flowers? Lightly pour on or paint on with a brush? So confused!
Help of any kind would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Yes, you can use melted chocolate instead of the candy melts to adhere everything. I would either dip the ends in the melted chocolate before attaching, or you could brush it on. Good luck, it's a cute cake.
