Does anyone have a chart or something that will describe a box size and how many cupcakes it will hold?

With these cupcake holders, 1 dozen fits in a quarter sheet box and 2 dozen fits in a half sheet box:

I buy the disposable 9x13 disposable baking pans. They hold 1 dozen cupcakes but with just a little too much wiggle room. I may try and see if the cupcake inserts would fit in them.
