I'm opening a cupcake bakery and cake shop in about 6 weeks. I already have my fridge, refrigerated display case, plan on buying a Hobart mixer, etc, etc. But I'm looking for some advice on commerical gas ovens.
I had been set on buying a Garland for various reasons but it is extremely expensive and was wondering if anyone else has a Garland and thinks it is absolutely worth it or should I be looking more into a Blodgett, Deluxe, Baker's Pride, etc? Any advice would be helpful!

I have my heart set on a deluxe oven for one reason...the way it heats! It has a heating element for each rack to cook evenly instead of blowing air around with a fan. The fan will especially be troublesome for cupcakes!!
I am in the same boat Annie, ready to purchase and not sure which to buy!
MKinPA- I did more research and am now just more confused than ever lol. I need to be ordering this is the next 2 weeks, hopefully I'll sort it out soon!
