I can't seem to find highlighter anywhere. I have a navy theme cake where I need to make a gold rope and a gold anchor but read that highlighter is better than luster dust. Anyone have a link to where I can buy with quick shipping?
I am also curious what base color I should use for the gold. Last time I made gold I used yellow and didn't like how it turned out. some people said pink?????

I'm sorry to say I don't know what highlighter dust is, but I do have a suggestion for the color of your fondant. The last time I used a bunch of gold luster dust on a cake, I made the fondant a kind of ochre - basically gold without the shine - by using a little golden yellow and a little brown. I liked the way it worked better than the yellow base.
