Does anyone have a recipe for a chocolate filling that doesn't need to be refrigerated? Has anyone tried making a chocolate filling using Rich's Bettercreme? TIA
I've used chocolate buttercream and ganache (the spreadable kind, not the pourable kind) to fill cakes with. I also used some leftover chocolate buttercream mixed with about the same amount of Rich's to fill and ice a cake once, but it was so good we gobbled it up before I needed to think about whether to refrigerate it or not. Does Rich's need refrigeration?
I use the recipe for chocolate frosting on the back of the Hershey's cocoa can. Yummy.
