Hi everyone,

I have always bagged my fondant covered cookies and have never had trouble with freshness. I am making a couple hundred fondant covered but am not going to wrap them individually. What is the best way to keep them fresh after applying the fondant? I have searched but can only find info on bagged cookies.

I just keep them in a covered container. I bought a couple of large containers from the restaurant supply store and just keep them stored in there. You can also use tupperware, or disposable plastic containers. Just make sure that your cookies are dry and you are able to stack them without any damage and they will be fine. HTH.
