I'm buying a new stand mixer (just had a cheap one that has broken about three times in a year!) and I'm torn between the three above.
What do you use and any advice would be appreciated

I have a KA Artisan, less than 2 yrs old, that has really been letting me down. It's lost a lot of its power, not all the speeds work, the lock is broken, it over-heats after just 10 minutes.... Customer service at KA was really crabby and pretty much told me it was time to buy a new one. icon_sad.gifthumbsdown.gif I'll never buy anything made by KitchenAid again!!!!!

Kenwood every time!
I have both (KA Artisan and Kenwood KM005) and the KA just whips out whatever I'm mixing even though I use the splatter guard icon_sad.gif
I have only had it around 8 months (and do not use it much) and it had to go and get repaired a month ago which took 2 weeks.
KA's look cool, but if you want practicality get the Kenwood
