I am making cake balls for a wedding right now. My question is can I stop and store them in the fridge overnight without putting the candy coating on?
Really I don't know, I've never made cake balls, but I would think that as long as you wrap them up good they should be fine. I mean they are cake and icing mostly, right?
Maybe, but again I don't know, you might have to let them come to room temp again to coat them. Maybe not?
