I had someone request that I make cake pops for her. I was very honest and told her up front that I have never made them before, but she didn't mind. Every recipe I have found recommends using store bought frosting, which I really can't stomach the idea of using. I frost all my cake and cupcakes using SMBC. Does anyone else make cake balls, cake pops, etc using SMBC? Do you have any advice on the ratio of cake to frosting? I'd like to do a few trial runs before she actually needs these.
