So I have this wedding next month (my first ) & they want 160 CC -1M swirl with small fondant flowers on top.
I normally make the BC but I thought for this time Ill try the Satin Ice Vanilla BC.
Is one 5KG bucket enough to ice all 160??
I use just under 50g per cupcake for mine, using the 1M tip, so for me, 5kg wouldn't be enough as I would need 8kg. Weigh 1 swirl or better 10, and get an average, then multiply. You can do it on parchment paper just to see. It all depends how high and dense you make your swirl!
