Can you use chocolate icing under fondant without the color bleeding through? I have someone that wants a white fondant cake but chocolate icing under the fondant. I am worried the chocolate will bleed through. I always use white buttercream under my fondant? I hate to dissapoint her but I don't want to build a cake that is gonna look like crap either!

If you search some of the ganache under chocolate threads there are many that said they have used chocolate ganache under white fondant with out any problems.
