I was looking for the best/most preferred cocoa powder...I normally use Hersheys and Ghiradelli. What does everyone else use?
while its not the most talked about in recipes, i use the nestle toll house cocoa powder. it has more of a chocolatey taste than hersheys and is cheaper than ghiradelli.
I don't think I have come across that kind. I'll keep a look out! I was watching CupCake Wars and one of the teams was talking about their fancy schmancy brand of "european imported" cocoa powder...so it got the wheels turning!
