I think last year I used watered down corn syrup to put an ei on fondant. Is this what everyone uses?

If the fondant's fresh, I just lay it on directly. If it's dried a little, I use CMC glue (1/4 tsp. of CMC or tylose dissolved in 1/2 cup water, shake vigorously and let sit overnight - I always have some on hand). I'm sure corn syrup works well, too, though.
