Giant Cannoli Shaped Cake?

lol, most insane cake for me yet. how would one go about making this? what with all the details, and textures....

That's a neat cake. Looks like it would be pretty easy. I would take a torted sheet cake, cut it down the center and stack those to get the height (the cake doesn't look as wide as a sheet cake). Lay that on top of a circle of fondant, then pull the sides up, pipe in your frosting, add the chocolate. It does look like the fondant was airbrushed.
Oh, and definitely fill the cake with canolli cream!
