I made my first jumbo cupcake this week using the Big Top silicone mold, it turned out fab, however I did have a problem and wondered if anyone had any ideas on how to avoid it!
I made a chocolate liner, from the silicone mold, then placed the cake inside it and the top on top and Iced it, the problem was that the chocolate cracked under the weight of the top!
Any ideas on how I can prevent that from happening?
