So next week I have to do a rubber ducky cake for a baby shower and I've seen 2 different ways to do the bubbles.... this 1st one I think is just with buttercream right? Can someone tell me if it's just buttercream squeezed out into circles?
then I have also seen it done this way which looks like fondant circles I guess?
So what's the best way to go about the bubbles? I really want them to look nice but not sure how to do it?
I think buttercream would certainly taste better.... let it crust slightly and then dab down any points with a dry paint brush
